Bangle sizing & stack-fit guide

Measure your wrist and compare a comfortable bangle

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the bare wrist where you will wear the bangle. Keep it snug without pressing into the skin and record the circumference in centimetres or millimetres. Alternatively, mark the overlap on a strip of paper and measure it flat with a ruler. Wrist circumference is not the same as bangle inner diameter.

For comparison, measure a comfortable bangle straight across its inside edges, excluding the metal thickness. Close an openable reference bangle before measuring, and compare like-for-like shapes and closure types.

Choose the size for this design

Check the variant selector and description for the size and style of the exact piece you want. If a size is not specified, contact us to confirm before ordering.

Do not match your wrist circumference directly to a size label or interpret labels such as 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8 as decimal-inch measurements. Your usual label is a starting point, not a guarantee across designs. If unsure or between sizes, contact us with your wrist circumference and reference bangle’s inner diameter and ask us to confirm the selected piece’s closed inner dimensions. Where a variant includes a style or set quantity, check those details as well as the size.

Check the fit for the closure type

Confirm whether your selected piece is openable or non-openable before choosing a size. Use the appropriate check below; do not assume the fastening type.

For an openable bangle, open the fastening to place it around your wrist rather than forcing it over your knuckles. Close it fully without squeezing your wrist, forcing the fastening or bending the bangle. An opening does not mean the closed size is adjustable.

For a non-openable, slip-on bangle, fit must allow it to pass over the widest part of your hand, not just sit around your wrist. Bring your thumb towards your little finger as if putting on a bangle, then measure around the widest part of your knuckles with a soft tape. Compare with a slip-on bangle you can put on and remove comfortably. Do not force a tight bangle over your hand.

Leave room for your stack

For a stack extending up your forearm towards the elbow, also measure around the highest point the stack will reach. Allow for the combined width of all pieces rather than using wrist size alone. Do not automatically choose the same size for every position in a long stack.

Try the intended stack with your wrist moving gently and your elbow both straight and bent. Each piece should sit comfortably without pinching, pressure or an excessively loose fit. Leave room between pieces so they do not bunch tightly or press into your arm. Remove a piece if it feels tight or its closure is strained. If you are unsure, share the highest forearm measurement and intended stack width with us before ordering.
